WOW!!! It's been so long since my last post. So much has happened and I've lost so much weight. Well lets recap, I had a good holiday we moved on New Year's Day. And yes it was a lot of work. The holidays were hard, but I had so much on my mind that eating was so hard to do. But I did eat and I also worked out, by Christmas time I was at 197. And man that was so hard to take off, I went from 197 to know 178 pounds. And it feels so good to share the excitement and joy. It's not easy losing the weight and keeping it off. But trying really hard to look what I'm putting into my body and how much.
I workout everyday expect on Sundays, I love doing jillian Michael's. I also do Zumba because I love to dance. And play all these dance games with my kiddos. Know that's a workout, do what works for you. Start out with walks and then a jog/ speed walking. Ask your kids or friends to join you. Stay strong and know you are not alone in this journey.
