Well it's kinda a sad but rejoice full day. My mother in laws father passed away yesterday. I feel so bad because I know how that feels. My hubby was able to talk to him before he passed away. It was something that only God knows why, but he is in a much better place.
Well, I really need help with eating. It's so hard to eat 6 times a day. I fear gaining my weight back. My trainer and my doctor tells me that I have to eat 6 times a day. But when I was bigger that's how many times I ate and maybe more. So know that I'm losing weight and then they tell me to eat. It's like a scary thing. I'm trying to do better. So I will try to blog each day what I ate and how I made it though the day. It a long journey but I will try. Please believe in what you start....
can you sit down with your trainer and write out a plan where you are eating 6x a day and options on what you can eat so you can change it around? You can do this! Stay focused! You are doing great! :)
