Trip to wal mart...

Hello agian everyone!! 


 So tomorrow will be a week since my sugery. Today I felt so so good, that I went with my husband to wal mart. First of all we went on the wrong time. It's the first of the month, but we went ahead and got what we needed . I walk way to much and I found a chair and set down. I was able to rest and with help I cooked my family a great meal.. From the pasta to the meat and cheese and  sauce were all heathy. I made lasagna with turkey meat. I cooked the meat with garlic and some black pepper. Layerd the meat cheese and sauce, which my kids all loved it. And so did my hubby. I'm pretty sore now but I love to see my family smile.
