YAY!!
Its been a week since my surgery, very happy and cant wait until the week. Well some people have ask why do I chose to cook for my family. Well the answer to that question is because I love to cook for them. And know that life style of eating has change, I want to change my family also. And when I do cook, the kids are so helpful.
Today was a really nice day, today is my son Bryan 13th birthday. I cried like a baby. we had some family over and had a great time.

Today's dinner for my family Homemade Mac Cheese all good. And baked chicken. And the whole family Love's it. Yup I can do all things, and so can you. Just try!!!
